Each Island House is decorated to the owner's taste (formal/informal) & some have additional amenities (air conditioning
on the first floor, different sizes beds in bedrooms (king, queen, double), Queen pull out sofa in living room, TV in Master Bedroom
and/or the Guest Bedroom, Internet Access, bicycles, kayaks & equipment, snorkeling equipment.

Calico Kai
Welcome to the beautiful Calico Kai Island House, located in the heart of Cayman Kai, which has been considered the most beautiful
spot on Grand Cayman. Calico Kai is situated on the calm inlet lagoon in the exclusive Cayman Kai community and is directly across
the road from the famous Rum Point Beach.

Calico Kai 1st Floor
Calico Kai is fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with all new
modern appliances including the refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, water cooler and charcoal BBQ grill.
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and the Island House comes equipped with linens and towels, along with
basic toiletries for your arrival. Also it has Cable Satellite TV, stereo, phone.
A dining room next to the kitchen seats six.
This sitting area is located off the living room in front of the Island House
with a beautiful view of the Famous Rum Point Beach which is just a short walk across the road.
The kitchen is equipped with all new modern appliances including the refrigerator, stove,  microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker,
water cooler with fresh water. A full laundry room is next to the kitchen with a washer and dryer.
A pleasantly decorated stairway and hallway with original Cayman art leads to the master and guest bedrooms.
The stairway and hallway have been redone and now there are spindles between the rails making it child profit. New pictures will be posted soon.

Two double sized beds in the guest bedroom, with a full private bath, walk in closet and a balcony overlooking the lanai,
backyard, pool and lagoon.

The large two story lanai leads to the beautiful landscaped backyard and pool with a charcoal grill. There is a outside shower at the end of the ramp.

The large lanai has a beautiful view of the landscaped backyard with plenty of seating for entertaining or just relaxing.

Sit in your lanai and enjoy the stunning view of the
backyard and the calm water of the lagoon.

The Pool has just been totally redone. The deck now is all inlayed title.

You can swim in your 20' x 40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze.

For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of desk furniture provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and tables.

Take a evening swim at the lighted pool.

Enter Rum Point Point Beach by taking a few steps from your front door on a sand path. As you walk toward the beach, cool trade winds quickly erase all thoughts of your job, commute and bad weather at home. Australian pines with island parrots and tropical birds sitting on feathery branches shade the shore.

Rum Point Beach features lovely white sand beaches, pristine snorkeling over marine protected reefs, volleyball and beautiful Casuarinas Australian pines with shaded hammocks, beach chairs and picnic tables. The Wreck Bar & Grill offers an excellent lunch menu and full bar.
