The 2 story screened lanai is spacious and over looks the
back yard with a short walk out your back door to the pool. The
ten foot sliding glass doors fold back into the wall
opening the entire back of the Island House. A
outside shower is at the end of the ramp. The Island House is shaded under Australian pines and
enjoys consistent trade winds that come across from Rum Point
through the facility to the Sand Pointe Cove with usually no
A/C required. However, this Island House has air conditioning
downstairs and in each of
the bedrooms. In
addition, the Island House has ceiling fans through outs.

The Pool has just been totally redone in December 2009. The deck now is all inlayed title.
