Each Island House is decorated to the owner's taste (formal/informal) & some have additional amenities (air conditioning
on the first floor, different sizes beds in bedrooms (king, queen, double), Queen pull out sofa in living room, TV in Master Bedroom
and/or the Guest Bedroom, Internet Access, bicycles, kayak & equipment, snorkeling equipment).

Dream Kai has recently been redecorated with all new furniture and tiled floors

Dream Kai has been decorated in an elegant Caribbean style with quiet cool colors and rich wood decor.

The rich wood dining room suite that will seat six very comfortably.

 
The dining room is close to the fully equipment kitchen with laundry room.
The two ten foot sliding glass doors lead out onto the two story lanai which give you a beautiful view of the backyard and the cove.

  • The Pool has just been totally redone in December 2009. The deck now is all inlayed title.

    You can swim in your 20'x40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of deck furniture provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and table.

     Enter Rum Point Point Beach by taking a few steps from your front door on a sand path. As you walk toward the beach, cool trade winds quickly erase all thoughts of your job, commute and bad weather at home. Australian pines with island parrots and tropical birds sitting on feathery branches shade the shore.

    Rum Point Beach features lovely white sand beaches, pristine snorkeling over marine protected reefs, volleyball and beautiful Casuarinas Australian pines with shaded hammocks, beach chairs and picnic tables. The Wreck Bar & Grill offers an excellent lunch menu and full bar.
