Each Island House is decorated to the owner's taste (formal/informal) & some have additional amenities (air conditioning on the first floor, different sizes beds in bedrooms (king, queen, double), Queen pull out sofa in living, TV in Master Bedroom and/or the Guest Bedroom, Internet Access, bicycles, kayak & equipment, snorkeling equipment).

Dream Kai has just been completely remodel with all new furniture, new appliances, completely retiled and repainted.

Dream Kai has been decorated in an elegant Caribbean style with quiet cool colors and rich wood decor.

The rich wood dining room suite that will seat six very comfortably.

The dining room is close to the fully equipment kitchen with laundry room. The two ten foot sliding glass doors lead out onto the two story lanai which give you a beautiful view of the backyard and the lagoon.

Comfortable sitting room off the living room.

Master bedroom has a king size suite with a full private bath, walk in closet and balcony

over looking the lanai, backyard and the lagoon.

The guest bedroom has a king size suite with full private bath, walk in closet and balcony

over looking the lanai, backyard and lagoon. They also have two day beds that can be located in the sun room.

Care to take your dip in a swimming pool rather than the Caribbean Sea? You can swim in our 20' x 40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is enough deck furniture provided for 20 people with a mixture of chairs, lounges and benches.
