Each Island House is decorated to the owner's taste (formal/informal) & some have additional amenities (air conditioning on

the first floor, different sizes beds in bedrooms (king, queen, double), Queen pull out sofa in living, TV in Master Bedroom

and/or the Guest Bedroom, Internet Access, bicycles, kayak & equipment, snorkeling equipment).

Endless Summer is a perfect place for a family or a romantic get-away.

The beautiful decorated living room has two large sofas and a large chair for plenty of seating and a 32" flat screen TV.

There is easy access to the lanai through the 10 foot glass doors which fold back into the wall.
The entire Island House has white tile floors throughout.


A comfortable office off the living room with telephone, High Speed Wi-Fi Internet Access.
Unlimited call to the US and Canada.

A fully equipped kitchen, with new appliances.

A laundry room next to the kitchen with washer and dryer and a half bath off the dining room.

Stairway leads to the second floor landing and the two bedrooms on each end of the hallway.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, with a full private bath, walk-in closet and private balcony overlooking the cove.

Guest bedroom has two twin beds with a day bed, full private bath, walk-in closet and private balcony overlooking the cove.
Also has a "Create a King" system that convert the two twin beds into a king bed.

Features a spacious two story screened in lanai with a lot of seating and easy access to the kitchen.

The door from the lanai leads to the white sandy back yard and a short walk to the pool. An outside shower is at the end of the ramp.

The Pool has just been totally redone.

The Pool has just been totally redone. The deck now is all inlayed title.

You can swim in your 20' x 40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze.

For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of desk furniture provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and tables.

Enter Rum Point Point Beach by taking a few steps from your front door on a sand path. As you walk toward the beach, cool trade winds quickly erase all thoughts of your job, commute and bad weather at home. Australian pines with island parrots and tropical birds sitting on feathery branches shade the shore.

Rum Point Beach features lovely white sand beaches, pristine snorkeling over marine protected reefs, volleyball and beautiful Casuarinas Australian pines with shaded hammocks, beach chairs and picnic tables. The Wreck Bar & Grill offers an excellent lunch menu and full bar.
