Each Island House
is decorated to the owner's taste (formal/informal) & some have
additional amenities (air conditioning on the first floor, different
sizes beds in bedrooms (king, queen, double), Queen pull out sofa in
living, TV in Master Bedroom
and/or the Guest Bedroom, Internet Access, bicycles,
kayak & equipment, snorkeling equipment).

Kai-lypso
Enter Kai-lypso which has many upgrades recently made which makes
this Island House a great place to vacation at.
This spacious and airy Island House has been just
completely refurbished to a "Calypso" style by the new
Owners.

Kai-lypso - 1st Floor
The spacious living room has a large L shaped sofa which
offers a lot of seating.
The Island House enjoys
consistent trade winds that come across from Rum Point through the
Island House to
the cove.
Ceiling fans are
throughout, and it is fully air conditioned. The sun room off the living room offers an area to just
relax.
Dining area with seating for six has easy access to the kitchen.
The Island House has a fully equipped kitchen with
modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove,
microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and blender. The
laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and comes
equipped with linens and towels, along with basic
toiletries for your arrival.
A half bath on the first floor
next to the dining room.

floor and a sun/sitting room off the
living room.
The open stairway and balcony
has been corrected and no longer is

The guest bedroom has two full
size beds, with full bath, walk in closet and balcony.
The two story lanai is great place for
entertaining or just relaxing. A two seat
kayak is also included.
Step out on the spacious two story lanai
and you'll find a great area to view the
beautiful backyard and cove which leads
out to the Caribbean sea. Also there is an
outside shower at the end of the ramp.

The Pool has just been totally redone in December 2009.
