Each Island House is decorated to the owner's taste (formal/informal) & some have additional amenities (air conditioning on the first floor, different sizes beds in bedrooms (king, queen, double), Queen pull out sofa in living, TV in Master Bedroom and/or the Guest Bedroom, Internet Access, bicycles, kayak & equipment, snorkeling equipment).

Nested between a lovely lagoon and the Famous Rum Point Beach, you will find
Kai Kotch - Island House.
 
The open-air architecture of this two (2) bedroom, two and a half bath (2-1/2) Island House was designed to allow the tropical breezes to blow through. A spacious screened in lanai, including two upstairs balcony's, completed the feel of outdoors, yet in. Just across the street is the shallow turquoise waters and action of Rum Point Beach. From the moment you arrive, you're in an island state-of-mind.
 
 
The Dining Room has easy access to the lanai and kitchen. The Sun Room is off the living room.
Owner has now put in a twin day bed plus a twin pop up trundle that fits underneath in the sun room.
 
A fully equipment kitchen is off the dining room with easy access to the lanai.
The laundry room is off the kitchen with a washer and dryer.
There are two bedrooms and a linen closet on the second floor.
 

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath, walk in closet and a balcony.

The guest bedroom has two double beds with a full bath, walk in closet and a balcony

The two story spacious lanai is easily access from the living room, dining room and kitchen through two ten foot
sliding glass doors that fold back into the wall.

Relax on the lanai and view the beautiful back yard and lagoon

backyard and the calm water of the lagoon.
 

Care to take your dip in a swimming pool rather than the Caribbean Sea? You can swim in our 20' x 40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is enough deck furniture provided for 20 people with a mixture of chairs, lounges and benches.

Enter Rum Point Beach by taking a few steps from your front door on a sand path between white picket fences. As you walk toward the beach, cool trade winds quickly erase all thoughts of your job, commute and bad weather at home.
