Each Island House
is decorated to the owner's taste (formal/informal) & some have
additional amenities (air conditioning on the first floor, different
sizes beds in bedrooms (king, queen, double), Queen pull out sofa in
living room, TV in Master Bedroom
and/or the Guest Bedroom, Internet Access, bicycles,
kayak & equipment, snorkeling equipment).

Time through a pleasant foyer and up a few
stairs to the first floor.
The newly decorated living room and
dining area is open and has plenty of
seating for the entire family.

The dining room next to the fully
equipped kitchen
(with all new appliances) and
complete laundry room are within a short
step or two.
The sun room is right
off the living room and gives you an
area just to relax.
The fully equipped kitchen has all new
appliances and a complete laundry room.
The living room and dining room opens to the two story
lanai through two 10 feet sliding glass door that folds into the wall.
A half bath is located next to
the living room.
The stairway and hallway lead to the Master and Guest Bedrooms.
The guest bedroom has two double beds with a full bath, walk in
closet and a balcony overlooking the lanai and backyard.
Kai Time has 2-One person kayaks, charcoal
grill and a outside shower at the end of the
