Looking through a two-story wall of glass from the foyer sitting nook (with queen pull-out sofa) and living room (with cable TV/VCR, stereo /CD/cassette/telephone) you see the Caribbean Sea. Turn around and see your screened-in-lanai, back yard and the lagoon in the distance through 20' of sliding glass doors. The open stairway going upstairs has been enclosed for safety.

The newly remodeled kitchen complete with microwave, toaster, blender, BBQ, and all necessary cooking tools.

Off to the side is the half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Sleeping accommodations are perfect for one, two or three couples or a family up to six people. The bedrooms, located on the second story, consist of two self-contained master suites each with a king bed, full bathroom with shower and tub, walk-in closet, clock radio, and sliding glass doors opening on to a private screened-in-balcony. Both rooms have lagoon (South) and Caribbean (North) views. The sleeper sofa located in the sun room can be used as a third sleeping accommodation.

All rooms have adjustable speed ceiling fans and air conditioning.

The upstairs entrance balcony contains a full linen closet including beach towels.
