Each Island House is decorated to the owner's taste (formal/informal) & some have additional amenities (air conditioning on

the first floor, different sizes beds in bedrooms (king, queen, double), Queen pull out sofa in living, TV in Master Bedroom

and/or the Guest Bedroom, Internet Access, bicycles, kayak & equipment, snorkeling equipment).

An open design Island House that brings nature and the island breeze indoors.

The living room has two large sofa's for plenty of seating and white tile floors throughout

One sofa has a hide a way queen bed.

The large 10 foot sliding glass doors, that slide back into the wall, lets the cool Caribbean

 breeze in and easy access to the two story lanai. There is also a high chair

The dining area has seating for eight people.

There is a leaf and two extra chairs.

A comfortable TV room with a large sofa is off the living room.

The sofa here is a queen hide away bed. Also has a Pack & Play Crib.

A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities.

There is a laundry room next to the kitchen with a washer and dryer.

A half bath is located next to the dinner area.

Stairway leads to the second floor landing and the two bedrooms on each end of the hallway.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, with a full private bath, walk-in closet and private balcony overlooking the lagoon.

Guest bedroom has two double beds with a full private bath, walk-in closet and private balcony overlooking the cove.

 A comfortable and large lanai with plenty of seating.

Features a spacious two story screened in lanai with easy access to the kitchen. There is a outside shower at the end of the ramp.

Tranquility has three kayaks

 1-two person & 2-one person

Tranquility has four bicycles for your use.

 Also has snorkeling equipment and other toys.

Sit in the lanai and enjoy the stunning view of the sandy backyard and the calm water of the cove.

The Pool has just been totally redone.

The deck now is all inlayed title.

You can swim in your 20' x 40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze.

For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of desk furniture

provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and tables.

Enter Rum Point Beach by taking a few steps from your front door on a sand path. As you walk toward the beach, cool trade winds quickly erase all thoughts of your job, commute and bad weather at home. Australian pines with island parrots and tropical birds sitting on feathery branches shade the shore. Rum Point Beach features lovely white sand beaches, pristine snorkeling over marine protected reefs, volleyball and beautiful Casuarinas Australian pines with shaded hammocks, beach chairs and picnic tables. The Wreck Bar & Grill offers an excellent lunch menu and full bar.
