Each Island House is decorated to the owner's taste
(formal/informal) & some have additional amenities (air conditioning
on the first floor, different sizes beds in bedrooms (king, queen,
double), Queen pull out sofa in living room, TV in Master Bedroom
and/or the Guest Bedroom, Internet Access, bicycles, kayaks &
equipment, snorkeling equipment.

Welcome
to the beautiful Calico Kai Island House, located in the
heart of Cayman Kai, which has been
considered the most beautiful spot on Grand Cayman.
Calico Kai is situated on the calm inlet lagoon in the
exclusive Cayman Kai community and is directly
across the road from the famous Rum Point
Beach.
Enter Calico
Kai through a pleasant foyer and up a few stairs
to the first floor.
Calico Kai is a fully furnished and
equipped 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, living room,
dining room, fully equipped kitchen with
all new modern appliances including the
refrigerator, stove, microwave,
dishwasher, coffee maker, water
cooler
and charcoal BBQ grill. The laundry room
has a full size washer and dryer and the
Island House comes equipped with linens
and towels, along with basic toiletries
for your arrival. Also it has
Cable Satellite TV, stereo, phone.
A dining room next to the kitchen seats
six.

living room in front of the Island House
- with a beautiful view of the Famous Rum
Point Beach which is just a short walk
across the road.
- The kitchen is equipped with all

backyard and the calm water of the lagoon.
Care to take your dip in a swimming pool
rather than the Caribbean Sea? You can swim in our 20' x 40' private
pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently
swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by
the pool than swim, there is enough deck furniture provided
for 20 people with a mixture of chairs, lounges and benches.

  Enter Rum Point Beach by taking a few steps from your
front door on a sand path between white picket fences.
As you walk toward the beach, cool trade winds quickly
erase all thoughts of your job, commute and bad weather
at home. Australian pines with island parrots and
tropical birds sitting on feathery branches shade the
shore.
Rum Point Beach
features lovely
white sand beaches, pristine snorkeling over marine
protected reefs, volleyball and beautiful Casuarinas
