Kaibo B-13, 'McKai Condo' is ideal for your getaway with family, friends or couples seeking romantic solitude. Our front patio door on the ground floor opens unto the white sandy beach of Cayman Kai (unencumbered beach access only from ground floor units), a mere few steps away is the beautiful Caribbean Sea. B13 is a two bedroom, two bathroom, beachfront condominium at Kaibo Yacht Club in beautiful and tranquil Cayman Kai. Fully furnished and equipped, our visitors will have all the convenience of home. The complex is within walking distance of Kaibo Yacht Club which features a restaurant and beach bar, gift shop, and docking facility for boats. B13 is a ground floor unit perfectly positioned for access to the infinity pool and heated Jacuzzi, this unit overlooks the azure blue Caribbean Sea. Large bay windows allow you maximum views of the coconut-tree lined lagoon and ocean or provide excellent ventilation with soft sea breezes. A mere 40 minute drive and guests can visit the commercial district of George Town, shop in the duty-free shops, explore attractions on the western end of the island and still retreat to one of the most beautiful and serene spots on all three islands - back to Cayman Kai. Access to Grand Cayman is easy with daily flights on Cayman Airways and most major US carriers from US gateways (Miami, Tampa, New York, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Washington DC, etc., etc.) and direct service on British Airways (Heathrow), and Air Canada and West Jet (from the Canadian marketplace); as well as Jamaica and Cuba and charter markets throughout Central and South America. C22 is well appointed with stylish furniture reflecting a nautical twist and
includes a home entertainment facilities such as cable TV and wireless broadband, Wi-Fi access.

The only real choices that need making are where to eat and drink. A well equipped kitchen awaits, with dining room table that seats six.

The master bedroom takes advantage of the breath taking vistas afforded to you on the first floor and the large windows allow for 180
degree views of the beautifully landscaped grounds and out into the spectacular North Sound, approximately 100 feet from the door.
Incorporating direct access to the large patio, an en suite bathroom, walk in closet, classical white furniture and a king size bed this is
the most romantic of rooms.


The guest bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, dresser and a large mirrored closet, and is directly adjacent to the second bathroom.
