Houses
Each Island House
is decorated to the owner's taste (formal/informal) & some have
additional amenities (air conditioning on the first floor,
different
sizes beds in bedrooms (king, queen, double), Queen pull out sofa in
living room, TV in Master Bedroom and/or the Guest
Bedroom, Internet Access, bicycles, kayak &
equipment, snorkeling equipment).

The tasteful decorations give a very rich
and comfortable feeling as you relax in the
living room.
The 38" TV can be hidden away or opened for your viewing. A remote
control, controls the downstairs
air-conditioner.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining
area. Off to the side is a half bath
and a closet with games and storage.
Adjacent to the living room is the office. There is
an answering machine/fax/printer combination system and
room for your laptop
The fully equipped kitchen includes range,
dishwasher, coffee marker,
microwave, blender and all the necessary
cooking tools, dishes and utensils.
The laundry room is off the kitchen and has a washer
and dryer, ironing board.
The stairway leads to a hallway with a linen
closet and the master and guests bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser,
full bath, walk in closet, balcony, wall mounted
Air-Conditioner and a TV.
The master bedroom has a balcony that
overlooks the pool.
The guest bedroom has two double beds, dresser,
full bath, walk in closet, balcony, wall mounted
Air-Conditioner and a TV.
The guest bedroom also has a balcony that
overlooks the pool.
The two story lanai contains an informal
dining area with easy access to the
kitchen.
An unobstructed view of the racked sandy
backyard with tropical trees and shrubs lead
to the pool just a few feet away.
There is a gas grill, kayak and an
outside shower at the end of the ramp.
Sit on your lanai and enjoy the
stunning view of the calm
water of the cove.
The Pool has just been totally redone in December 2009.
The deck now is all inlayed title.
You can swim in your
20"x40" private pool
surrounded by palm trees
with their branches
gently swaying in the
breeze.
For those who would
rather lounge by the
pool than swim, there is
plenty of deck
furniture.
