No, you cannot currently purchase tickets onboard. All tickets must be purchased in advance to boarding for your trip via the Cayman Ferries Iphone & Android App.

Cayman Ferries takes approximately 25mins to cross the North Sound. This can increase a little depending on the weather. 

Cayman Ferries has a covered area for when it rains. The saying in the Caribbean goes “ If you don‘t like the weather wait 10mins and it will change“ We don’t usually cancel due to Rain. 

Enjoy the flexibility to change your ticket's travel dates and times directly within the app. To access this feature, ensure you've created an account on the app before purchasing your ticket; guest purchases are not amendable. If you need to make changes, simply cancel the ticket through these easy steps:

1. Open the Cayman Ferries app.

2. Tap on the "View Tickets" icon at the bottom of the page.

3. Locate the ticket you want to cancel, swipe it to the left, revealing the red cancel option.

4. Touch the cancel button to proceed.

5. Your account will be credited, and these credits will be automatically applied when rebooking your trip.

6. Your credits will be visible at the top of the view tickets page in the app.

Ticket can be modified until the departure date and time of the original purchase. To modify, open the app and select view tickets, swipe left on the ticket, tap cancel, and receive credits to your Cayman Ferries account for future purchases. These credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

**Please note: Unused or unchanged tickets will be marked as voided after the original departure time and date has passed**  

Unfortunately tickets purchased as a guest are not changeable and non refundable. 

Please note, one-way tickets are valid for one way only and cannot be used for a round trip.

The Cayman Ferries Iphone & Android app accepts all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. No cash or credit cards are accepted on the ferry. All tickets must be purchased via the Cayman Ferries App. 

No! Our pricing is designed to offer a consistant price for all passengers. 

Refunds will only be issued when Cayman Ferries has cancelled or been unable for any reason to complete a trip. 

Tickets purchased through the Cayman Ferries app are valid for one year from the purchase date. Remember: Cancel the ticket in the app before the original travel date to get your credit. If tickets aren't used or changed, they'll be voided after the original departure time and date.

Yes! All bicycles must have a valid ticket which can be purchased through the iphone and android app. Bicycles are only allowed when space is available. 

Strollers, buggies, bikes, scooters, suitcases are all welcome on the ferry, Please add the additional item to your ticket purchase at time of check out. Cayman Ferries can only accommodate a limited number of additional items. Please note: That additional items are not available in the app we have reached our capacity.

Cayman Ferry does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.

Before disembarking the vessel, please check your surrounding area for items that may have been dropped or have fallen. All retrieved items will be returned to Lost & Found at the end of each day. Lost items are held for 14 days. Items not claimed within 14 days are donated to charity or properly disposed of or destroyed. To inquire about a lost item, contact caymanferries@gmail.com providing a description of your item and the route, direction and time of day traveled.

Yes! For the safety of our passengers and for a pleasant trip, we ask you to please drink responsibily and take all empties are garbage with you as you disemabark. 

Well behaved dogs on a leash are welcome on the ferry .

he Ferry connects the North Side of Grand Cayman to the West Side (Seven Mile Beach) our scheduled departure point are Camana Bay, Kaibo at Rum Point, Newlands.

Children under the height of 44 inches Can ride for half price when accompanied by an adult. Please make sure children are accompanied by adults at all times. Strollers must be folded, unfolded strollers are subject to availablity.
